Info Packs now available

FMA UK has a very informative 'Information Pack' available which are very useful for all those newly diagnosed, carers and their families or any member of the general public. Info packs for healthcare workers and G.P.'s are available separately upon request.

FMA UK have Information Packs for distribution. Should anyone require a pack please forward an A5 S.A.E. with either 42p stamps for 1st class or 35p stamps for second class and they will send one out to you by return of post.
