4 Sam Lloyd Won 2/1
5 Dan Aldridge Won 6/5
6 Ben Hughes Won 5/4 See Dan, Sam & Ben above.
THE JUNIOR JUNIOR TEAM drew 3/3 with Burghill. Well led by Jon Thorne they did extremely well considering that all the opposition bar one had CONGU handicaps and were more experienced at matchplay.
Jon Thorne Won 2 Up
Sam Bradley Lost 2/1
Matthew Burgoyne Lost 1 Down
Owen Morgan Lost 5/4
Robert Stokes Won 6/5
Thomas Havard Won 1 Up
All 14 boys were a credit to themselves and the club. Only one didn't bother to wear a club team shirt and only one had to be reminded to shake hands with his opponent.
The Burghill Junior Organiser complemented the Kington teams on their etiquette. A compliment indeed!
