Why Can't Some Juniors Sign Their Cards?
 | Recently Kington hosted the Quadrangular Tournament with visiting teams from Aberystwyth, Borth and Patshull Park. After some considerable delay caused by the Patshull Park new boys getting lost somewhere the other side of Leominster, the match started about noon. Kington, with a full strength side, produced the goods yet again and ran out comfortable winners by 13 points. However it could have been a lead of 21 if Master Sam Bradley had not forgotten to sign for a splendid 44 points. Naturally he was disqualified and his score did not count. |

Borth's Infant Prodigy
 | Borth were struggling for a side and had to draft in Zach Galliford, a seven year old playing off 36.
He did extremely well and scored 42 points in spite of being so small that he nearly disappeared in the rough on several occasions.
