 | | Major prize-winners were Joseph Hughes (Hewitt Cup), Gareth Williams(Gittoes/Open Nett) Dan Aldridge (Hussey Cup), Matthew Davies (Bob Jones KO Cup), Jon Thorne (Williams Trophy) and Ross Moore (Hailey Trophy). Dan Morris won The F. Burgoyne Most Promising Newcomer Cup and Charlie Spencer-White the Most Promising Junior Award. |

The Quad Shield Returns to Kington
 | | The Chairman, Mr Mike Lloyd, presented the Quadrangular Shield to the Kington team led by Sam Lloyd. |

British Heart Foundation Success
 | Special Guest, Mr Andrew Jones, for The British Heart Foundation, presented the Kington team of Sam Lloyd, Ben Hughes and Dan Aldridge, with plaques in recognition of their achievements in winning the preliminary round at Southerndown against some of the best teams in Wales and for coming 3rd in the Welsh finals at Builth Wells.
He went on to thank the two Kington teams (the other side consisted of Matthew Davies, Jamie Hughes and Andrew Kettle) for raising the splendid sum of £508 for the British Heart Foundation.

Matthew Davies Wins the Tough One
 | Matthew showed his class by winning the Bob Jones Knock Out Trophy with relative ease.
Mathew has had an excellent season winning several adult competitions and being selected for the county as a junior.

Gareth Williams Takes The Open Nett
 | | Gareth came over the border from Llandrindod and won the Mike Gittoes/Open Nett Competition with a superb 63 on a count back from Sam Philpotts and Jamie Hughes of Kington. |

Alex Morton The Open Star
 | Alex came down from Shifnal and shot an excellent 72 gross to win the Junior Open/Daily Telegraph Qualifier with ease.
He has vowed to return next year to retain the Trophy

Robert Metcalfe
 | Robert has improved enormously this season and achieved a lot of success without actually winning much. He has had plenty of second and third places.
However he was the most consistent player in the Quadrangular Tournament of all the 40 odd boys who played in it and with an overall points score of 156 deservedly won the prize by some way from Ben Hughes in 2nd place with 139 points.
