Juniors Meet in Clubhouse

An attendance of over fifty at the Pre-Season Meeting of parents and juniors was excellent considering the dreadful weather.
Our captain Vic Baggott kindly attended and can be seen above seated on the Captain's Chair. Although the photograph was 'doctored' to enable his legs to reach the ground nothing could be done about his tie!

The Professional

Andy Gealy our new professional was in attendance. He made a brief speech reiterating the Junior Organiser's point that attending Junior Practice once a week is not enough. Juniors must get out on the practice field or the course and get in lots of practice. This is the only way to make any real improvement in one's game.
