The match against the Worcester Golf and Country Club was another victory for Kington, this time under the captaincy of that old stalwart Mike Gittoes. Shock! Horror! The only losers in the six match event were Graham Priday and Dave Morris who had a gross 65 losing to a gross 63! It is rumoured that Dave's voice went up a few more octaves!

Knighton Defeat Local Rivals
Kington's match against Knighton was our first loss 5 ½ to 2 ½ but at least the Captain got to play. The day was remarkable only for the great company of the Knighton boys and an excellent meal afterwards.
