Welfare Officer to help YOU

Do you need questions answered or support?
Marj Pitt has joined the Hereford and District MS Society team as Welfare Officer

She is uniquely qualified for the post having had MS for 27 years.
Marj has a lot of experience in the medical world being a radiographer, mammographer and having a degree in Physiology. She even has a PHD in Cardiovascular medicine. Don’t let that put you off though as she is very approachable.

More Smiles

Rob Powell has taken over from Mrs Ellen Fone as chairman of the Hereford Branch of the MS Society.
Rob, who's wife Eunice has MS, has run 3 marathons and a half marathon to raise nearly £25000 for the MS Society. He now intends to 'celebrate' his appointment as chairman by cycling from Land's End to John O'Groats in the autumn.
"I don't know why they elected me", says Rob, " but I will do my best to serve the members. If there is one thing I can do it will be to bring More Smiles to activities and socials so that all the members can enjoy the time we have together."
