Board of Directors
 | 'one to one' befriending is run by the board of directors, who work very hard to ensure that the company carries out its good work across Herefordshire. Being a young director gives you excellent experiences and looks good on your CV.
So who are they, and what do they do?
The directors of ‘one to one’ befriending are responsible in law for managing the organisation, at least 50% of whom will be under the age of 26 (but over the age of 18). The ‘one to one’ befriending Project Manager (not a director) will be present at Board meetings.
‘one to one’ befriending is a youth-led organisation, committed to the personal development and empowerment of young people. All directors must support the objects of ‘one to one’ befriending and be committed to its development and growth as an organisation.
