1. The "Cleansing Oversights" form on the Dacorum Website.

1.1 The system needs auditing by means of spot checks that refer back to the original complainant.

1.2 The function of reporting "Cleansing oversights" should be more transparent (like e.g. the Planning Applications) so that the complainant can monitor the progress of his complaint online.

1.3 The title should be changed to cover any litter-related request, such as the provision of an extra litter bin.

1.4 Fulfilment of the site’s claims that either an item will be cleared the next working day, or an explanation given.

2. General Problems/Suggestions

2.1 The black plastic bin liners used for litter bins often billow out in windy weather. Contractors should be asked to address this problem.

2.2 Grass cutters frequently cut up litter, making it much more difficult to collect. Contractors should be asked to address this problem.

3. New/Replacement Bins

3.1 Replacement of previous bin near the former swings area of Northridge Park, near the boundary of William Crook House.
