Dumping Near the Substation, Northridge Way
| These dumped items (board, matting, plastic bags of miscellaneous gardening waste) were noted at a familiar spot just outside 229 Northridge Way. Reported 17th April '04 via the Dacorum website as a "Cleansing Oversight". See Message Board for progress. |  |
