Keepfit 365 Limited is a new company operating in and around the Hertfordshire area.

Keepfit 365 was chosen as the company name as we wanted it to sound for what it means, keeping fit 365 days a year !
It's aimed at people who initially want to get back in shape and then to keep themselves in shape, always. We are fully qualified personal fitness trainers.
