SHIN-GI-TAI AIKIDO SOCIETY DVDS AND VIDEOS

The Shin-Gi-Tai Aikido Society at the moment has 2 DVDs out at this time vol. 1 Body Arts deals with the basics and the sylabus is from Ki-Aikido up to 1st Dan.

Vol. 2 Beyond The Basics Gwynne Jones (Shihan) shows more advanced movements and shows some weapon work.

DVDs are priced at 18 pounds and VHS videos 15 pounds

This DVD is a must for those who are non-technical people who like a lot of action and a discussion seldom talked about on DVDs. TAISABAKI is the most important part of Aikido training without the correct body movement whatever techniques you add after will never work.....
