The Boring Bit (history)
In November2002, young people from several groups identified that there was no festival celebrating youth culture in Cumbria, and decided to do something about it. A forum was set up by Cumbria Youth Alliance and was attended by ten organisations and young people from those organisations. The young people voiced their desire to have a big festival celebrating the youth culture in cumbria and that they would like to be the one organising and running the whole event. |
