Open Meeting

This small group holds an open meeting once a month (except December) on Sundays, 2.00 - 4.30pm.

Venue: Fellside Centre, Low Fellside, Kendal LA9 4NH. (The entrance is on Sepulchre Lane. Please use the main [top] door, down stone steps).

The meetings, which are led by teachers authorized by the Theravada Sangha (community of Buddhist Monks), will include: meditation, talks, discussion and tea.

Everyone welcome.

There are no charges for these meetings. If you wish to make a donation towards room hire you are welcome to do so.
