What do we do?

On a local level, we try to look after motorcyclists' need at all levels by lobbying County Council, District Council & Parish Council.

Recent successes include the removal of the 'Devils Stakes' onA683, Kirby Lonsdale (Devils Bridge) and their subsequent replacement with a pedestrian handrail.

Secure parking facilities for motorcycles were installed earlier this year at the Glebe Road car park, Bowness.

The state of disrepari of the local roads is always foremost in our activities.

We are currently targeting the A684 Kendal - Sedbergh road at Windy Hill.

We also indulge in fundraising activities to help fight for riders' rights. We do what we can to support the larger issues tackled by MAG UK (www.mag-uk.org).
