Modern, purpose built village hall set in its own grounds for rent at only £5 per hour.

The village of Hutton Roof (with Newbiggin and Sealford) is located between the Lakes and the Dales, about 2½ miles from Kirkby Lonsdale.

The village is famous for its annual Fell Race and Country Fair which takes place on Spring Bank Holiday Saturday at the end of May and particularly for the fantastic teas.

The hall can accommodate up to 85 people and has a well equipped kitchen. A new toilet for the disabled has recently been installed. There is also a good size car park.

There is a large playing field suitable for 5-a-side football, rounders and other sports. Marquees, Gazeebos and other equipment may be available to hire for additional cost. Inside there is a 3/4 size snooker table, dart board and table tennis table.

Suitable for children's parties, meetings, wedding receptions, sports days, domino/beetle drives,agility competitons, gourmet evenings etc. The hall could be decorated to specific requirements at additional cost.
