Swimming session times.
Tuesday evenings: 6:30 to 7:30pm children's lessons. 7:30 to 8:00/ 8:15pm Advanced school lengths. 8:00 to 8:30pm Aquafit. 8:15/8:30 to 9:00pm Adult recreation.
Thursday evenings: 6:30 to 7:00pm Children's lessons.7:00 to 7:30pm Advanced school lengths. 7:30 to 8:30pm Adult recreation.
Saturdays. 10:00 to 11:00am. Recreational swimming for all.
Please be reminded that at the recreational swimming sessions, non swimmers and children under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Thank you.

Autumn term. Tues 11th Sept to Thurs 18th Oct inc. (No swimming Saturday 22rd Sept). Tues 6th Nov to Saturday 8th Dec inc.
Lent term.(2008) Tues 8th Jan to Thurs 7th Feb inc. Tues 19th Feb to Sat 16th March inc.
Summer term. Tues 23rd April to Thurs 23rd May inc. (No swimming Saturday 18th May). Tues 4th June to Sat 29th June inc.

Sedbergh swimming club was formed in 1976 to provide an important facility for the people of Sedbergh and surrounding areas. In 2006 we celebrated our 30th Anniversary. We are a voluntary non-profit making organisation which was set up by local people for the benefit of the community. As such it depends on you for its survival. The club would like to thank Sedbergh School for alowing us to hire the pool for community use.
