Do you think something like a newsletter for children will help kids of the streets at night?

I REALLY DO NEED YOUR HELP
I have been trying for a good few months now to start a newsletter for the young people of Bacup, this would give the youth of Bacup a chance to put something back in to there community. In the newsletter would be news on schools around Bacup e.g sports, news on the school ect. It will also have news on the town, puzzles and more. At the moment im doing all the myself, so i really do need all the help i can get.
