WELCOME TO BOLTON CAMERA CLUB ( founded in 1897 )

Are you interested in photography? If the answer is yes you could benefit from what Bolton Camera Club has to offer, we have a varied programme of events running throughout the year, from guest speakers showing their work, competitions,touring exhibition folios, our annual auction and much more.We try to run a series of events which are varied in content and appeal to different tastes, so why not come along to one or two of our meetings and if you like what you see become a member and who knows you could be displaying some of your work in our next exhibition.

The club meets 8pm every Thursday evening at The Trinity Methodist Church, Bury Road, Tonge Fold, Bolton BL2 6BH

The Club is open to anyone who is
interested in Photography.
Both beginners and more experienced
photographers are welcome to join
us to develop their skills, to learn
from each other and above all - enjoy
themselves!
The weekly Thursday evening meetings
include competitions with invited judges,
guest speakers, talks by club
members and demonstrations.
These are always followed by a chance to
socialise and exchange ideas over
refreshments.
You will be made to feel welcome.
The Club also has an informal programme
of studio sessions, visits to other
local clubs and regular days out at weekend
to photogenic places and events,
either under the guidance of experts or
simply to learn and chat to fellow members
about all aspects of photography.
