 Bolton camera club member Gordon Hartley gave a talk recently on digital hardware for beginners , he covered everything from the computer, monitors, neg and flatbed scanners, printers and some basic PhotoShop operations. Many members had never seen a full working system up and running before and the Q&A about DPI, PPI, inks and papers went on and on. The evening was such a success that Gordon, who used to lecture on PhotoShop as promised to to do a follow up talk covering digital imaging in more detail ( date to be announced )
