Why Join?

In many fields you have to be able to express yourself in order to stand out and succeed.

There is no one way to do this.

But practise in a non threatening encouraging environment can help.

Lack of practise, job interviews nerves, shyness, have all, at some time, prevented us from speaking out.

Your Inability to Speak Out

Can have an detrimental impact on your ability to shine. Do not let self-doubt and fear hold you back, the biggest impact will be on your confidence.

Visitors are always welcome - come along and sit in on one of our club nights. No pressure to join in unless you want to.

We are all at different stages of the programme, nervous beginners and experienced speakers. Learning from each other and gaining vital life skills.

We use a ten-stage programme that is monitored to ensure that all members have the opportunity to develop to the point where they deliver a Masterpiece speech with confidence.

This programme has been proven to work over many years but is totally flexible and means that new members are able to move at a pace they find most suitable.

“It is not the powerful arm -

But the soft enchanting tongue

That governs all”

Sophocles 495 - 406 BC
