28th April 2001 Madison Square Garden As the fireworks come to a close the BWF fans are on their feet screaming. Mickey G: Hello and welcome everyone to the first televised show of the BWF. My name is mickey g and i am your colour commentator here in the BWF. 'My Way' by Limp Bizkit starts up and here comes the owner of the BWF Chris Holmes. He walks down to the ring to a chorus of cheers and applause. He grabs the micraphone and says: Tonight is the start of a new era. An era where there is someone to rival WWF and WCW. This is the era of the BWF. We start off here tonight with a royal rumble to determine your champion. 11 men will walk through that curtain tonight hoping for the chance to win the richest prize in out game, but first a flaming table match between Rizo and Bob Smithy to determine the number one entrant in the rumble. So lets start the new era of wrestling. My Way plays as Prez Holmes takes his seat at the commentry table. Just as the arena goes quiet Shooting Star plays across the speaker system, which means that rizo is on his way to the ring. Prez: The crowd are realy getting behind Rizo tonight . We now await his apponent, who is a long term rival who wanted to face Rizo hoping he would scar him for life. So this should be interesting. As he gets to the ring he pulls two tables from underneath it and sets them up. He then gets into the ring and stands in the centre of the ring. Cheasy Hulk Hogan style music plays and Bob Smithy is on his way to the ring. Mickey: His music is playing but there seems to be no Bob Smithy. Prez: There he is. Bob slides in the ring behind Rizo and low blows Rizo. He starts to pound on the helpless Rizo as he lies on the floor in pain. Bob Smithy goes to the outside of the ring and gets a chair and throws it into the ring. He goes to hit Rizo but 2 quick kicks to the midsection and Rizo is back in charge. He picks up the chair and starts laying into the back of Bob Smithy. Bob Smithys now hooked up in the corner and Rizo is stomping his down into the dirt. Rizo sits up Bob on the top rope and superplex's him back into the ring. Prez: Bob is on the floor in pain, whilst clutching his arm and Rizo is loving every minute of it. He sees a weakness and goes to work on it by kicking and headbutting his arm Finally he puts him in an armbar. He lets go and goes to get the steal chair. A shot to the arm and Smithy is on the floor in pain. Rizo goes outside and gets one of the tables. He sets it up in the middle of the ring and puts Bob Smithy on it. Rizo is in control as he goes up to the top rope. He goes for the moonsault and misses and goes crashing through the table. Mickey: Somehow he managed to have the strength to role off the table and onto the ring floor. Smithy picks up Rizo and clubs him in the back. After 5 or six punches he sets him up and delivers 2 devistating German suplex's. Smithy is walking round the ring, looking and taunting Rizo. He rolls him onto his stomach and puts the rack on him. Rizo is tapping , but this isnt a normal match. Smithy whips Rizo off against the ropes and misses with a clothesline, but Rizo comes back and hooks in a SLEEPER!!!! Prez: It looks as though he has gone to ssleep out there. He would have had this match won if there were proper rules!!!! Rizo sets another ta ble up in the ring and proceed to set it on fire!!!!!!!! He sits Smithy on the turnbuckle and goes for the frankenstaeiner. BUT MISSES!!! Somehow he managed to miss the table with that move. He puts Smithy on the table and then mounts to the top rope. Mickey G: Oh my god hes walking the top rope!!! He jumps and does a shooting star press through the table Mickey G and Prez: Its over, Its over!!!!! The ref calls for the bell and Bob Smithy is number one in the rumble. Prez: Well what a match that was, if that is anything to go by then this federation has a very fruitful future. Lets now go up to the ring announcer Finkus Maximus for the royal rumble. Announcer: In the royal rumble two entrants will start and every so often someone else will appear. The winner of the royal rumble is the BWF© champion, and the runner up is the BWF© Hardcore champion. We know who number one is (Bob Smithy) so lets find out who drew number 2. A short pause then........ Prez: Its Rizo, hes drawn number two, how unfair can you get. Both men lock up in the middle of the ring. Smithy gets Rizo into a headlock which is quickly used to take down Bob Smithy. Two quick leg drops are followed up by Smithy going to the top rope. He drops a big legdrop. He then gets Rizo into a rear chinlock, then gets him in the dragonsleeper manouver. 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0 beeeeeeeeepppppppppp Mickey: Its Ice. He knew Rizo quite a while ago and now hes coming for revenge. He runs in and slides under the bottom rope, ducks under a clothesline and nails Smithy with a high cross body. He goes over and starts stomping rizo into the ground. Mickey G: This guys on fire!!!! A standing dropkick on Rizo knocks hi to the ground. But on the outside Smithy is going to the top rope. Rizo is monkeyflipped into the corner and as he falls out he his hit with a dropkick from Ice. Smithy gets up and starts dancing round the ring like the women he is. 10,9,8,7,6,5 Smithy turns around and gets clotheslined by Rizo over the top rope....... Prez: Hes history. 2,1,0 beeeeeeeppppp Mickey G: Its Arkangel. The former UWO member He walks out to the ring with a steel chair and hit smithy with it half way up the isle. Smithy is out cold as Arkangel walks to the ring with a purpose. As he gets to the ring Ice dives through the middle rope towards Arkangel, but he gets hit with a chair. Arkangel picks him up and rolls him back into the ring. By this time Rizo has got up and he and Smithy are beating Ice. Arkangel goes to the top rope and hit a headbut, but as he gets up he gets hit with a chair. Rizo is the only one standing in the ring. Rizo and Arkangel trade punches in the ring. Arkangel is knocked down and as Rizo turns round he is hit with a piledriver, by Ice 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1,0 beeeeeeppppppppp Prez: Its Armageddon!!!!! The toughest s.o.b in the federation and hes heading for the ring!!! Ice and Arkangel are waiting but Rizo cums from behind and throws Arkangel over the top rope. This gave Armageddon the chance to reach under the bottom rope and drag Ice out of the ring. Mickey: Wheres he taking him. Hes taking him up the stage. Prez: Oh my god, theres a table on the arena floor. Armageddon levels Ice with a chair, then stomps on poor old Bob Smithy who has not quite made it to the back yet. He takes Smithy and lies him on the table then places Ice on top of him. He quickly gets to the top of the stage and attempts a running leg drop off the stage, but Ice has moved and Armagedon goes straight through Bob Smithy. 10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1.0 beeeeepppp Its the tag team of the American Dream and The greatest hardcore champ ever. They walk straight down to the ring and put a severe beating on Rizo and then walk out of the ring. As they get to the stage they pick up Bob Smithy then turn around to the crowd. Daniels: What you have seen tonight is a demonstration of the power that the greatest tag team ever has, and how we deal with people that get in our way....... Daniels slams the micraphone down and they leave the arena to a chorus of boos. By this time Ice and Armageddon are exchanging blows in the middle of the ring.... 10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1.0 beeeeeeepppppppp Its Predator....and THE HIGHER POWER, but who is the higher power? Predator is stood at the top of the ramp on his own and he announces who the higher power is........its PREZ HOLMES!!!!!!!! The Prez slides in the ring and gos for a shot from behind on Armageddon, but he ducks low and the Higher Power is sent straight over the top rope. Predator walks to the ring slowly, and walks up the steps, and is met by all 3 wrestlers in the ring. All three wrestlers take it in turn to take a shot at Predator. Suddenly cyclops is running down the ramp with a chair and takes a shot at Ice, but he is met by a kick to the mid section then the Chill Factor in the centre of the ring. By this time Predator has slid under the ring and has run back up the isle and out of the building. 10.9.8.7.6.5.4.3.2.1.0 beeeeeeepppppp! Mickey G:Its the final entrant. Its Apocalypse!!!!!! He and Armageddon have had a long lasting fued which may explode here tonight. He steps through the ropes and all four men are stood in a corner of there own staring at each other. Mickey G: Were down to the final four. One of these men will be the BWF champion tonight, and one will be the Hardcore champ. Obviously the favourite now would be Apocalypse as he has only just joined the rumble. And there off........ Rizo and Armageddon start trading punches in one part of the ring. Whilst Apocalypse and Ice are brawling on the outside. Apocalypse takes the ring bell and takes a running shot at Ice. Ice is busted wide open and the fans are loving it. On the inside, Armageddon hits the Earthquake in the centre of the ring. Mickey G: That leaves the two old enamies stood against each other in the middle of the ring. Armageddon runs towards him, ducks underneath and with a quick kick top the mid-section he its the evenflow ddt and Apocalypse is down in the middle of the ring.....but no Apocalypse gets up and for some reason Ice goes for the Cactus clotheslina and both men are sent straight over the top rope. There both out of there. All the refs gather round as Apocalypse seems to be injured. In the ring Armageddon runs at Rizo, but he is backdropped over the top rope and he hits the floor. Mickey G: Rizo has won, Rizo has won But the refs havent seen it as they are on the other side of the ring. Armageddon slides under the bottom rope and runs up behind Rizo and dumps him out right infront of the referees. They see it and ring for the bell. Mickey G: Thats not fair Rizo won thi match and hes been screwed out of the title. Its a damn shame. Rizo is iven the Hardcore title and is escorted from the ringside area while Armageddon is slounched down in the corner. He stands up and receives the title then goes to the top rope and starts to aunt Rizo as the show goes off the air with the word from Mickey Mickey G: All hell will break loose on next weeks stampede.....
