Champion of Champions 2013

Our Champion of Champions Competition,sponsored by Turfgear, was held onTuesday 2rd April The Chairman had made the draw before he was unfortunately taken into hospital the day before the competition... It was a beautiful but very cold evening with the green running fast and smooth... Round One saw defeat for Alan and Wendy Heap, Trevor Garner and Alan Ross They were followed onto the bench by Laurie Denton and David Bell after the semi-final. The final was between Gillian Schofield and Jim Plumbley with Gillian coming out the winner and so becoming the first lady to win A TURFGEAR Fleece. Well done Gillian
