Hi George,
I remember that occasion well - I could have got a concert playing up in Gateshead out of it!
I'm still performing these days, in and around what is now my home town of Basingstoke, but only on my piano (it is bit easier to take around than an organ), playing in a function band, a jazz band and a big band!

Thanks for your message Neil, it is much appreciated. I remember you well, particularly your support in keeping all the visitors entertained as they arrived for our mini week-end festival held at Bolton Town Hall all those years ago. Not sure where you are situated now but you will always be welcome if you can find time to visit us at the RMI.

Don't know if anybody at the society still remembers me, but I was an active member and performer there back in the 80s and early 90s! Sorry to read the news about John Moores - I remember him well.
Hope you manage to find some willing committee members and keep the society going!
