Provisions relating to separate drainage
The Building (Amendment) Regulations 2003 (SI 2003/3030) came into force on the 1st March 2004.
Certain Local Acts including the County of Lancashire Act 1984, section 20 required separate foul and surface water drainage to buildings. This is now adequately covered in Approved Document H and these provisions have now been repealed. |
