The Residents Association was formed some 27 years ago and is run by a committee of volunteers and trustees who are also residents on the estate.
What does the Residents' Association do?
* Looks after your interest on the estate
* Successfully represented the residents of the estate at 2 Public Inquiries for the development of Deane golf course for building and the development of Rumworth Lodge as a further golf course.
*Represents your interests with the council and Tempest estates and other bodies and agencies.
* Runs a self funding Community Centre - the home of many activities.
* Distributes a Newsletter 3 times per year.
* It only costs £2 per year to be a member.
