The Jigsaw Group has created its own unique identity within the Trinity Community Partnership. It is a community business that supplies a complementary package of products and services to reduce social exclusion within our target group - people with disabilities. These aims are reflected in the design of our new logo.
The work tha Jigsaw undertakes today retains the same strong values and principles that have underpinned Trinity as an organisation during the last 40 years. We believe they are just as valid today and we are determined to maintain them for the future.
We firmly believe that individual empowerment and improved opportunities are achieved through greater economic independence and our package of services reflects this. It is vital that people have the correct balance of skills and abilities to enable them to do this as the acquisition of transferable skils will lead to more meaningful or rewarding employment, further training or voluntary work. During the last year we have made considerable efforts to improve the variety and quality of training that is embedded within our services in recognition of the added value this gives to our package of services.
During the last year Jigsaw clients have benefited from closer, more integrated services as the group develops a more collaborative style of working. We are determined to become the leading agency of its type therefore some structural changes have been made during the last year. For the coming year we aim to maintain this momentum through a cycle of continuous improvement.
