Football Shamed Again as Targett Arrested.
 | The name of English Football was again blackened when Thwaites FC manager Gary Targett was arrested for theft.
Targett was staying in a local hotel which we can not name, as the Thwaites squad do before every game, after a short stay which involved a pre match meal, the Thwaites squad left for the game.
It later emerged that £12,000 had been taken from the hotel meeting room, a room which only Targett had used to plan his match tactics.
As Thwaites left the Blackburn Rovers Indoor centre after their match Targett was arrested and taken off for questioning in the back of a police car. Leaving the rest of the side in shock. Defender Tabbinor said, “We were all stunned, none of us new what was going on!”
Targett spent the next 5 hours in police questioning, and spent the night behind bars. He will attend a hearing later today to see if he will be granted bail. It is expected that he will be granted bail.
