Healthcare In the region is very poor. There is one small clinic that supports the village. It has just one doctor - he visits the village three times a week. He has virtually no equipment and needs just about everything to make this clinic into even the most basic medical centre.

Aims:
1 To furnish the centre with basic medical equipment.

2 To supply items that the Doctor can give to the city hospital in return for hospital care for villagers who need it.

3 To promote good dental hygiene. Currently there is no dental care in the area. It is always ensured that the Christmas and Easter 'shoe-box' gifts contain a toothbrush and toothpaste. Dental hygiene is also raised when schools and orphanages are visited.

Malnutrition and premature death are commonplace for the many people who live in absolute squalor (Hard to believe when you consider that this place is geographically closer to England than many of the most popular holiday destinations).
