Young Environment Champion Of The Year 2003 North West
On the 16th of May 2003 I received a letter from the wildlife trust stating I have won the young environment champion of the year 2003 for the North West. With the letter there was also an invitation to go and receive my award on the 11th of August at the natural history museum in London. As I approached the room there was standing the editor of the BBC wildlife magazine and the manger of seven Trent water. As they called me up they said he we have the young environment champion of the year for the northwest. I received a cheque for 250 pounds also a plaque with my name on and written on it for dedication to wildlife conservation it was a fantastic trip to London and I loved every bit of it |
