Local Scout Groups exist across Camberwell
Albany Scout District serves the areas Camberwell, Peckham, Nunhead and Dulwich - all of which are part of the London Borough of Southwark. We are a registered charity (Number 314261).
There are 11 Groups in the area - who provide activities across all 5 sections of the Scout Movement. These are Beavers (6-8 year olds), Cubs (8-11 year olds), Scouts (11-16 year olds), Explorer Scouts (14-18 year olds), the Scout Network (18- 25 year olds) and the Scout Fellowhip (for anyone over 16). All Groups would welcome new members and additional adult support of any form.
Mixed Groups accept both boys and girls as members.
Details of the local contacts are:-
District Commissioner:- Philip Andrews (for further information on individual Groups e-mail him on philip.andrews7@ntlworld.com or ring 020 8290 5017). If you are an adult seeking to help within any Group please contact Philip first prior to approaching any Group.
