Formed in 1990, the club is for local musicians and singers and especially audience who are interested in traditional and contemporary folk music.

The club is organised by J.J. Dunne who is himself a performer. Originally from Camden Town with Irish roots that has influenced his style of music. Described as “ Billy Bragg meets Christy Moore” .

The evening’s entertainment is always different - no two meetings are the same. JJ starts off proceedings with a couple of songs.
