The club meets at Charlton House, Charlton Road, London, SE7 8RE, every Tuesday evening from 7:30pm to 10:00pm.
As well as chess, we welcome the playing of similar board games of skill, e.g. Go, Draughts, Shogi, Xiangqi.
Charlton Chess Club has three teams in the Kent League and one team in the London League. We are affiliated to the Kent County Chess Association.
We run internal tournaments and occasional special events. Simul's, 5-minute tournaments, quick play events.
All standards of player and juniors are welcome.
Annual membership is £40 (includes Kent and ECF registration). There are no other charges.
Concessions £20. Juniors £5.
Drop by any Tuesday evening for a friendly game.
