The Columbia Tenants and Residents Association is an independent voluntary body that represents the interests and needs of the local community living on the Columbia estate. We also act with other local associations and residents groups on issues which are of importance to the wider community. Our current HOT TOPIC is the re-development of the Mildmay hospital site which is currently at a planning application stage. They call it the Mildmay Urban Village.
