Payment for holidays

No charge is made for patients of the West London Renal Centre, their partners and their own children under the age of 19. A nominal charge is made for extended family members and patients from other hospitals, to cover accommodation costs, as follows: ADULT: £120/week (as from 01.01.08) CHILDREN(Ages 5-19): £50/week (as from 1.01.08) Haemodialysis patients may wish to book their own accommodation elsewhere, but take their dialysis sessions at St. Anne's. We are more than willing to assist patients in this way. All linen and towels are provided at St. Anne's, except tea towels and swimming towels. Please bring your own kitchen needs i.e. washing-up liquid etc. Full payment (if applicable) must be received 4 weeks before commencement of holiday. You will be invoiced for any charges. Cheques should be made payable to: CHARING CROSS HOLIDAY DIALYSIS TRUST The Trust will liaise directly with your own dialysis unit regarding the cost of the dialysis treatment provided.
