WAYS OF GIVING

We're working hard to raise funds to provide a well deserved holiday for patients on kidney machines. WILL YOU HELP? There are many ways in which you can contribute towards our work, and several of the giving options below can result in a tax saving for you. DONATIONS We are pleased to receive donations in the form of cheques, postal orders, Charity Aid Foundation vouchers/cheques, all of which are payable to CHARING CROSS HOLIDAY DIALYSIS TRUST If you are a UK taxpayer we are able to reclaim 28p for each £1 you donate making your donation worth £1.28. If you are a higher rate taxpayer you are able to reclaim 23p for each £1 you donate. Therefore, a donation of £15.00 will be worth £25.00 to the Trust (all figures are approximate). Please print off our Gift Aid Declaration form, which should be completed and sent to the Trust with your donation. DEED OF COVENANT You may wish to donate a fixed amount of money each year by a Deed of Covenant. Please contact the Trust for a Deed of Covenant form. BEQUEST You may wish to leave a legacy to the Trust in your Will. All legacies to charities are exempt from inheritance tax.
