EPPING FOREST OUTDOOR GROUP

The Epping Forest Outdoor Group was formed over 50 years ago as a Group for those people who want to do a range of activities in the outdoors. We don't specialise but will try nearly anything. We arrange activities most weekends with walking and cycling being our most frequent activities but we also go canoeing, indoor rock climbing, orienteering and anything else our members put on the programme. We are affiliated to the YHA (England and Wales) and at weekends we might go hostelling, camping or possibly b & b. We meet on Thursday evenings to both plan our weekends and to socialise, maybe over a T'ai Chi session, a quiz, folk dancing or a game of volleyball. If you would be interested in coming along to see what we get up to, drop in one Thursday evening between 8.00 pm and 10:30pm at Rovsco Hall, on the corner of Hollybush Hill and High Street, Snaresbrook (next to the Eagle pub).
