Gemini Square Dance Club
meet every Monday evening 8pm to 10.30pm (not Bank Holidays or during August) at the Chandos Community Centre, Colegrave Rd. Stratford E15. parallel to Crownfield Road E10.
Car park available.
Nearest Underground Station is Leyton, Central Line.
Buses 58 and 69 go up Crownfield Road, from Leyton or Stratford Stations.

If you are nearing 50 plus,
Or past it just like some of us,
Square Dancing, you see, is only walking,
To music, (while we keep on talking!)
Our caller tells you what to do,
He'll start off easily just for you.
We laugh a lot while we are there,
But none of us will be Fred Astaire!
Learning the basic steps is easy - it only involves walking in time to the music.
You don't even need to bring a partner!
Our square dance caller, Tony, will teach you the moves and the names of the calls. Then the fun begins, as he combines the music and calls into dance patterns.
An excellent way to keep fit and have a laugh and a chat, and all in a friendly environment!
