Golden Jubilee Exhibition autumn 2003 at South Woodford Library ran from 20th November to 13th December.
85 pictures were on show, of which 16 were sold, and one commissioned.
Prices of original art works ranged from £25 to £120.
Works shown were in watercolour, oils, and mixed media.
The 2003 JUBILEE Exhibition included a 'Vote for your Favourite Picture' competition. The winning picture was 'Cowpen at Dedham', a watercolour by Elizabeth Mansi; the artist received 5 greetings card reproductions of her painting and the voter drawn out of the hat received a mounted A3 reproduction of the painting. Unfortunately exhibitions have ceased at SW Library for the time being.
However we shall be exhibiting at Harlow and Loughton libraries this year - details to be announced.

This year's dinner in April was well attended and the venue approved of by those attending
The annual outing is in May to Broxbourne and we hope for fairly good weather!
The Spring exhibition 2006 is now on at Hale End Library until 6th May, with pictures for sale in a variety of media. The Library is now open six days a week, including lunchtimes!
We are always considering applications for new members.

Our winter exhibition at South Woodford Library - mid November to 13th December, was disappointing in 2004; all the art groups are finding it difficult to make sales. However we hope things may improve in the future.
