Loughton Fencing Club's Success in their first Tournament

Club puts boredom to the sword JUNIORS from Loughton Fencing Club scooped ten medals in a competition against eight other clubs.. The club has enjoyed a resurgence in membership in the past year but is still on the lookout for new fencers. Fencing attracts people from a wide spectrum with Loughton's eldest member being 73 and the youngest just seven. The sport offers an exciting way to improve fitness and reflexes. The club meets on Wednesday nights at Loughton Sports Centre in Rectory Lane and beginners are welcome to try their hand.
