What is Magic Hands?

Magic Hands Reflexology and Reiki aims to provide education and treatment for good health and well being.

Reflexology balances the central nervous system by massaging the feet where certain areas correspond to major organs of the body. By creating a state of deep relaxation the body is permitted to rebalance itself.
(Imbalances are created in these organs by emotional and environmental factors.)

Reiki is a hands on healing system that can work well in combination with reflexology to rebalance the body and encourage the body's own healing capacities.

By creating a state of balance through relaxation stress is reduced or omitted and so good health is the result!
