The Ford MK IV Zephyr & Zodiac Owners Club
 | The site was last updated on 14th January 2010
At the AGM the members agreed to the annual membership being kept at £15. Renewal is now due. Please send to John Glaysher
IF CONTACTING A COMMITTEE MEMBER, PLEASE REMEMBER THEY ARE GIVING UP THEIR OWN TIME TO HELP RUN THE CLUB, AND CAN'T ALWAYS RESPOND IMMEDIATELY TO YOUR REQUEST. THIS APPLIES PARTICULARLY TO OUR SPARES CO-ORDINATOR WHO NORMALLY DESPATCHES ONCE A WEEK.
There are already pages showing various models, events past and future, and details of how to contact the club committee. If you can think of anything you would particularly like to see on the site, please send me an e-mail. I would like to add a page on members and their cars, so if you can tell me a bit about your car, and send me a decent picture, I will start another page
The Ford MK IV Owners Club was established in 1983, and received official recognition from the Ford Motor Company in February of 1984. The main reason for the existence of the club is to preserve and keep our chosen motor on the road and in the public eye. The club has about 120 members, mainly in Britain, but with representatives throughout the world. The club tries to be represented at various shows throughout the country, at large international events and small local shows. Over the years the club has been featured in most of the Classic Car Magazines.
As an owners club/organisation we are able to pool information on a nationwide basis about spares availability. Spare parts are always sought after for older motor vehicles, and as a club we are able to purchase any new supplies that become available. We also have companies that supply us with new parts such as exhaust systems, gaskets sets, hoses, rear discs, track rod ends, suspension bushes etc. The club issues a quarterly magazine, the issue dates being March, June, September and December. This enables us to keep in touch with the membership and keep them informed of events and parts for sale.
Club Subscriptions are decided by the membership at our annual AGM. At the present time the fees are £15 (Fifteen) and have remained fixed at that price for well over ten years. Unfortunately we have to charge extra for non European members purely to cover the additional air mail costs, so membership for the rest of the world is £20 (Twenty) |
