Middlesex players win awards at County Championships

Middlesex players Chander Kaul and Coral Handley won the batting and bowling awards in Division Three of the County Championships in 2001.

Chander accumulated 250 runs at an average of 62.5, with a highest score of 95. Coral took 8 wickets for 56 runs, giving her an average of 7, with an economy rate of 1.87 runs per over

Middlesex strongly represented on MCC Tour

Middlesex will provide the captain and vice-captain for the inaugeral MCC women's tour to Holland from 8-14th July. Coral Handley leads the team, with Marilyn Smith as vice-captain. The squad also includes Carole Ward, the Middlesex wicket keeper, and Debbie Stock who plays for Middlesex Club, Gunnersbury.


Middlesex to celebrate a season of achievement

Middlesex will celebrate a successful season at club and county level in 2001 with an event at Old Actonians CC on Saturday 17th November.
The guest speaker will be the ECB Women's Cricket Manager Gill McConway.
