Personal Training includes, body fat testing, circumference measurements, a 3 minute step test (for monitoring heart rate improvements), an abdominal strength test, flexibility test and training programme specifically designed to suit you, whether your goal is to tone up, get 'body beautiful' for your holiday or to train for a specific sport.
All the above are reviewed regularly so that you can see your results in 'black and white' as well as feeling the difference.
Weight Management is a six-week programme for people who want to lose weight, maintain weight or gain weight. It provides a flexible eating plan based on individual nutritional needs, weight management goals, lifestyle commitments and food choices. All foods can be eaten, no food is restricted and it includes recommendations for eating out, shopping and ideas for meals.
It provides invaluable support and genuine re-education to help you succeed.
