ROOTS AND SHOOTS GARDENING CLUB
Welcome to the Whittingham Gardening Club of Waltham Forest. We meet on the first Friday of every month, except January at Unity Hall, Bramley Close, junction Oakfield Road, Walthamstow,
E17 to start at 8.00pm. Benefits of joining the Club are: Guest speakers talking on a variety of gardening subjects, demonstrations on aspects of horticulture, a monthly newsletter, expert help with cultural problems and outings to nurseries and other places of gardening interest. Members also get discount on plants purchased through the club. The club has a garden sundries sales table with a wide range of items such as feeds, insecticides, fungicides, slug pellets, etc. All at very competitive prices. Many items are up to a couple of pounds cheaper than what you will pay at garden centres. Annual subscription is £5.00 and we charge £1.00 entry to each meeting.
