Come and see what's on your horizon!
 | ‘Cadets?’ Okay, we admit it sounds pretty old fashioned, but it’s just the name for young people taking the first steps towards getting their wings. You’ll find allsorts of people in Cadets and what they all have in common is a real passion for flying, action, adventure and sports.
Where else could you learn to fly aerobatics, visit RAF bases, tour foreign countries, play sports from local to international level, learn the skills to lead expeditions, become a target shooting marksman, gain your Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, canoe through white water, assist your community, learn aviation subjects, go hill walking, parachute, climb, sail, ski?
It’s pretty mad the choices on offer. You’d have to be mad not to want to do pretty much all of them. You don’t have to join the RAF to become an Air Cadet and it’s amazing who has been an Air Cadet – like James Bond (well Timothy Dalton actually).
