What is Acorns?

Acorns is a place where children and young people over 6 and under 18 years old and who live in North Tyneside, can talk about any difficulties or problems they have because of experiences of domestic violence. Some people like to talk about what has happened. Some prefer to draw, paint, use clay, toys or games.

These can help to let others know how they feel.

At Acorns the counsellors will help children and young people to find the best way to express what may be worrying them.
