Accessible Transport Scheme

To Qualify Passegers must satisfy the following criteria: Have a disability which seriouslyprohibits accessing public transport services (bus, train etc.) Be unable to use conventional forms of transport because of a wide environmental factors not just physical, which create barries to them independently accessing public transport. Inability to access conventional transport because of visual, hearing or other sensory impairments.
