Advance Employment is an initiative by The Morrison Enterprise Trust in partnership with Darlington Borough Council and is based upon the concept of Supported Employment that will help you find paid employment, within your chosen area of work.
It is a genuine opportunity for you to gain paid employment in a workplace appropriate to your individual skills, abilities and potential.
We will work with you and once we have matched you to the right job,you will be provided with support until you are fully trained and confident of your own abilities. Advice is then provided to both you and your employer, as required, to keep things running smoothly.
