MEETINGS
Meetings are held every second Sunday, 12.15 PM at the Grey Horse Inn, The Cross. Carlton In Lindrick. Worksop.

Bassetlaw has two parts, with a western part centred around Worksop and the eastern part around Retford. Though Worksop is a historic market town much of the local economy of West Bassetlaw depended on coal mining and other traditional industries which in recent times have been in decline. Much of the area is, however, attractive countryside, particularly south of Worksop in the area known as the Dukeries. East Bassetlaw is quite rural and in common with Lincolnshire which it borders, traditionally more dependent on agriculture. The district’s population is currently about 108,000.
